LEARN Program
REC helps local high school seniors achieve their educational goals through LEARN (Literacy, Education and Rural Networking) program scholarships. Each year, scholarships are awarded to deserving students who wish to further their education beyond high school.Are you looking for funds to support your local school, non-profit organization or emergency service team? The LEARN grant has been part of our continuing commitment to education and community development since 1996.
