Caring Card
Is your electric bill often late due to illness or forgetfulness? Consider enrolling in REC's Caring Card program.
How does the Caring Card program work?
When a customer enrolled in the program has an account that becomes delinquent, REC will notify their designated contact person. The contact person is under no obligation to pay the delinquent bill—just remind the customer who missed payment.
Caring Card is a free program offered by REC. To enroll, download the Caring Card Authorization form and send it in.
