Caring Notice
Is your electric bill often late due to illness or forgetfulness? Consider enrolling in REC's Caring Notice program.
How does the Caring Notice program work?
When a customer who is enrolled in the program has an account that becomes delinquent, REC will notify their designated contact person. The contact person is under no obligation to pay the delinquent bill—just remind the customer who missed payment.
Caring Notice is a free program offered by REC. To enroll, download the Caring Notice Authorization form and send it in. You may also enroll online through the Member Area of Web Self-Service.
