How does LifeLine work?
When there is a power outage, we prioritize members of our LifeLine program whenever reasonably possible. Please note, this doesn't guarantee your electrical service will not be interrupted.
LifeLine is a free service offered by REC. To sign up, review the LifeLine Program Guidelines, download the LifeLine application, fill it out, and mail it in.
