Western Union
In addition to REC's office locations, members may also make bill payments at designated Western Union locations found throughout, or near, the Cooperative's service territory. Please note that Western Union will charge a nominal fee of $1.50 for each payment. (Please allow two hours for REC to be notified of your Western Union payment.) Review our list of Western Union payment locations to find one close to you. (Please note that Food Lion and Bloom locations will only accept cash when processing REC bill payments.)
REC office hours
- Walk-in office hours for Fredericksburg, Blue Ridge, Bowling Green and Culpeper: 7:30 a.m.- 5:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.
- Personalized telephone customer service hours: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.
- Integrated Voice Response customer service is available 24 hours a day by calling 1-800-552-3904.
