REC has made it convenient and easy to pay your electric bill. In addition to our office locations and the methods described on this website, you can now make payments at select Western Union locations. Using our authorized payment locations and methods guarantees your payment will be processed in a timely and secure manner.
However, we cannot guarantee the same results if you use a non-authorized payment location or method. It may result in an incorrect payment, delayed processing, late fees, or service cancellation. For your peace of mind, please use one of our authorized payment locations or methods to secure your payment.

Our free, checkless payment plan offers both convenience and savings.
Budget Billing
Your Cooperative designed this monthly payment plan to help residential customers plan for their monthly bills in an affordable manner.
eBill
This free service makes it easy for you to pay your bill whenever and wherever it is convenient for you.
EZ-Pay
EZ-Pay makes paying your bill either by phone or the Internet quick and easy. (A convenience fee of $4.95 applies each time you use EZ-Pay.)
Mail
Use the post office to get your payments to REC.
REC Offices
Walk-in office hours for our four office locations are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Western Union
Make bill payments at designated Western Union locations. (Western Union will charge a nominal fee of $1.50 for each payment.)
