Line clearance contractors
REC employs the services of two vegetation management contractors to complete tree pruning, tree removal and brush clearing operations on our distribution and transmission systems. These contractors complete all routine vegetation management activities on the REC electric system and assist our line crews to restore power following severe storms.
Currently, REC uses the services of Lewis Tree Service, Inc. and Wolf Tree Experts for our vegetation management needs.
