New Account Number
All REC members were issued a new account number in February 2017.
Look up your new account number using your old account number here:
Set up your MyREC SmartHub profile using your new account number on a computer or tablet. Pre-Pay - Paperless billing - eBill - and My Usage are now located in MyREC SmartHub so it is necessary to set up a new online profile to regain access.
If you don't have a January 2017 or older bill, you will need to wait until you receive your next paper bill by mail this month, or call our member services team at 1-800-552-3904. Please note: Due to high call volume, we are experiencing extended hold times. We apologize for the inconvenience.
1. You will need a bill from January 2017 or prior.
2. Look for your account name and old account number located in the center of the bill. See the example image included in this post.
3. Type your account name as it appears on the bill. Include middle initial if printed with the account name on the bill. Don't include a period after your middle initial (if your middle initial is included with your account name).
