    Our free, checkless payment plan offers convenience and savings.

    This program allows you to choose how much and how often you want to pay before you use electricity.

    Budget Billing
    Monthly payment option helps residential members plan for their bills in an affordable manner.
  • Kiosks Icon
    Pay your electric bill 24/7, even on weekends and holidays, at the kiosk located at each of our local offices.

  • Western Union Icon
    Western Union
    Make bill payments at designated Western Union locations. (Western Union will charge a nominal fee of $1.50 for each payment.)
  • MoneyGram Icon
    Members may also pay bills at participating MoneyGram locations found throughout, or near, REC's service territory. (MoneyGram will charge a nominal fee of $1.50 for each payment.)
  • Mail Icon
    Use the post office to get your payments to REC.

    Walk-in office hours for our four office locations are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
