START/STOP SERVICE

The stress of moving can be overwhelming. At REC, we make starting, stopping or transferring your electric service simple. Whether you’re opening a new account or transferring an existing account to a new residence, we have all the information you’ll need right at your fingertips.

SERIOUS MEDICAL CONDITION

Does someone in your household require constant use of electrically powered medical equipment? Check here for information on how we can help.

CARING NOTICE

Is your electric bill often late due to illness or forgetfulness? Consider enrolling in REC's Caring Notice program. If a member's account becomes delinquent, REC will notify the contact person who helps remind them about the payment.

LANDLORD TRANSFER AGREEMENT

The Landlord Transfer Agreement allows REC to automatically transfer an electric bill to a landlord if a tenant or occupant requests a disconnect at a rental property listed on the agreement. Check here to learn more.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

It's easy for anyone to provide a credit on a friend's or relative's electric account with REC. Check here to learn how you can give the gift of electricity.

REPORT A SCAM

Have you been contacted by someone claiming to be from REC? If so, please let us know so that we can investigate the situation.
