2023 Juneteenth Celebrations

REC employees took part in three different Juneteenth events the weekend of June 17th.

Justin Chandler, Member Service Field Representative; Stuart Schools, Energy Management Technician & Master Technician; Cameron Knowles, Apprentice Lineman; and Alister Pollard, Lineman, brought a bucket truck and fun games to Caroline County’s Juneteenth Celebration.

Just down the road, Ray Seip, Field Operations Foreman; Harold Billups, Member Service Field Representative; and Sean Davis, Apprentice Lineman, participated in the Juneteenth celebration in King William County.

At the Berryville Juneteenth Celebration, Jeff Hinson, Director of Member Services and Community Relations, accepted a Certificate of Appreciation for REC’s continued support of the annual event.
