REC's office lobbies are open by appointment or for walk-in visits from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
We encourage you to use one of our convenient payment options. If you must make a payment in person, it can be done by using the Payment Kiosk located at each office. If you schedule an appointment, upon arrival please ring the bell outside of the main entry door for assistance.
