Apprentice Linemen Todd Davis and Justin Gilman kicked off the Brandy Station Fair with a bucket truck in the Brandy Station Volunteer Fire Dept. Parade on Aug. 11. Rachelle Scott, Senior Member Services Representative, drove an REC EV.
