Getting a Head Start on Spreading Christmas Cheer

On Thursday, Nov. 17, First Class Servicemen Blaine Swann and Rodney Latney helped bring Christmas cheer to Tappahannock. The two servicemen assisted Tappahannock Main Street by installing the 34-foot tree.
