Starting in January, REC’s new Balanced Billing program will make monthly electric bills more predictable, helping members plan their budgets.
Your Balanced Billing amount will be adjusted monthly, rather than twice a year, based on your average electricity use over the previous 12 months.
These more gradual adjustments help reduce large fluctuations in the amount due, making your electric bill more manageable from month to month.
