Nationwide Postal Backup Leads to Bill Delays

Packages aren’t the only thing running behind due to the postal service backup. REC member-owners who receive their electric bill in the mail each month may see a delay due to nationwide delays with the postal service.


REC encourages members to allow more time for the postal service to deliver the bills instead of requesting a duplicate bill be delivered. It’s important to note that REC is not disconnecting or charging late fees at this time.


Members can also access their electric account, a PDF of their bill and make bill payments online with MyREC SmartHub.
