Casey Hollins, Managing Director - Communications & Public Relations; Lindsey Edwards, Public Relations Specialist; Bradley Sylvia, General Foreman; and Chase Goodman, Lineman, delivered outdoor lights to and helped decorate the Louisa Arts Center for their A Classic Christmas on Dec. 1. 

In addition, REC supported Caroline County in helping to decorate and hang lights at its administrative building.
