REC Lights the Path for Local Students
Tuesday | April 26, 2022

Rappahannock Electric Cooperative (REC) attended the Fredericksburg Chamber’s Workforce Now intern expo on April 26. The event’s goal was to bring businesses and schools together to build up our future workforce. Over 500 local high school and college students attended, learning about the diverse career opportunities at REC – some even leaving their resumes. Fafa Baker, Organizational Development Specialist, attended with Meghan Jennings, Energy Solutions & Clean Energy, Cherwanda Minor, Regional Assistant, and Rachel Conrad, Communications Specialist, all of whom began their careers at REC as interns.
