Saturday | April 23, 2022

Rappahannock Electric Cooperative (REC) attended the Warren County Department of Social Services annual Child Abuse Prevention Jubilee on Saturday, Apr. 23. Across the country April is designated as Child Abuse Prevention Month. Throughout the month various organizations sponsor activities to help raise awareness of and prevent child abuse. To help with the Jubilee, Solar Sam, aka, Zach Hicks, Distribution Designer, made a special appearance, with Scott Rickets, Member Service Field Representative. The kids in attendance really enjoyed visiting with Solar Sam.
