REC Supports Local Teachers and Schools

On July 26, the Front Royal/Warren County Chamber hosted its New Teacher Reception. Jeff Hinson, Director of Member Services and Community Relations, helped coordinate the event and was a featured speaker. REC provided branded items for the welcome bag. Eliza Obenchain, Member Service Representative, and Ted Webster, Member Service Field Representative, visited with attendees.

The Business, Industry, Education Day, sponsored by the Culpeper Chamber of Commerce, was flooded with teachers and school staff on Aug. 5. Sara Kerns, Member Service Representative, and Jeff Henry, Director of Member Services and Community Relations, shared information about how REC works with area schools. They also discussed Youth Tour and Community Scholarships.

On Aug. 8, Ben Berry, Field Operations Foreman, and Rachelle Scott, Senior Member Service Representative, worked the Madison Back to School Vendor Fair. Ben and Rachelle shared information about the Co-op and connected with members.
