REC did not propose changes to the Residential Access Fee. REC also did not seek to change Electricity Supply Service Rates. However, there was a slight increase to the Power Cost Adjustment Factor (PCA) in January 2023. The PCA changes periodically to reflect the Cooperative's current wholesale power costs.
