REC members will see an increase in the power cost adjustment (PCA) on electric bills issued on or after May 1, 2026. The PCA reflects the cost of wholesale power purchased by the Cooperative on behalf of its members.

Through payment arrangements, convenient payment options and access to resources that can assist with energy costs, REC has member service representatives available to help you find the right solutions to help you with electric bill payments. Member-owners can support each other by enrolling in The Power of Change or giving a gift through the Gift of Electricity program.
