Looking out for You

Member Service

REC members will see an increase in the power cost adjustment (PCA) on electric bills issued on or after May 1, 2026. The PCA reflects the cost of wholesale power purchased by the Cooperative on behalf of its members.

Our team is always looking out for you and we are here to help. Through payment arrangements, convenient payment options and access to resources that can assist with energy costs, REC has member service representatives available to help you find the right solutions to help you with electric bill payments. If you’re concerned about your bill or need support, we encourage you to explore the options below or connect with our team of local representatives using chat at myrec.coop or by calling us directly at (800) 552-3904. We can also help connect you with additional assistance resources available in your community and across the state.
